Excavation in progress at Gramercy Residences site

Excavation work is already 12 percent underway at the Gramercy Residences site, reports developer Century City Development Corp., an affiliate of Century Properties.

CCDC expects to complete the excavation work in June 2008, after which construction of the residential tower's basement floors will follow.
