Century Properties starts excavation phase for Gramercy

Property developer Century City Development Corporation (“CCDC”), an affiliate of Century Properties Inc., has started the excavation phase for its P5 billion residential project called The Gramercy Residences on Kalayaan Avenue, Makati.

The Gramercy’s groundbreaking was held on October 5, 2007.

Century Properties chief operating officer John Victor R. Antonio said that The Gramercy will have Fully-Fitted, Fully-Furnished and Fully-Serviced units, a concept pioneered by his 24-year-old property firm.

Named after a private residential park in New York, The Gramercy Residences will have approximately 65 floors. Designing this residential masterpiece is the renowned Jon Adams Jerde, a Los Angeles-based award-winning architect and urban planner. Filipino interior designer Chat Fores created 6 interior design themes for unit buyers to choose from.

There are approximately 1,250 residential units that come in flat and loft configurations—from a 26sqm studio to a 154sqm three-bedroom loft with an introductory pre-selling price of about P3 to P18 million.

Its “hyper-amenities” include the three-floor SkyPark, an expansive amenity deck with three pools, three gyms, a day care center, spa, DVD library and THX theater, café, book club, lounge, conference room, and a yoga and Pilates room set 36 storeys above the ground, providing residents with unobstructed views of the Makati skyline.

The HLURB has duly authorized the sale of Gramercy units (ENCRFO-07-11-009). Standard and bank financing payment schemes are available to buyers.

The Gramercy Residences is the first residential condo to rise within Century City, a 3.4-hectare mixed-use development of CCDC on Kalayaan Avenue, Makati that will comprise intelligent office buildings, luxury residences, and a sprawling lifestyle, entertainment and retail center.
