Gramercy construction reaches 8th floor

Despite the recent heavy rains in Metro Manila and Luzon, construction of The Gramercy Residences in Makati continues to show immense progress.

As of Sept. 25, the building’s 6th floor structure is 100-percent complete. At the 7th floor, rebar work, form work, and concreting work are at 85 percent, 60 percent and 30 percent, respectively. Works have also started on the 8th floor.

Finishing works, meanwhile, have started at the building’s basement levels. The ramps and staircases as well as the elevator shafts are being cemented. Moreover, the tanks at the lowest basement level (BSMT-5) have been successfully installed and cleaned and the floors are being filled with concrete.

At this construction pace, it won’t be long until the majestic silhouette of The Gramercy Residences begins reshaping the Makati skyline.
