Gramercy Construction update - August, 2009

Concreting completed on all basements
Gramercy construction continues to 3rd and 4th floors

As of end July 2009, concreting works of slab per floor level on all the 7 basements of The Gramercy Residences are 100-percent complete.

Construction is now in full swing and on schedule from the ground to the 4th floor. Fire protection and sanitary lines have also been installed as construction progresses.

Testing for concrete and reinforcing steel bars was conducted and all have passed the material strength specifications and acceptance criteria.
