Gramercy Construction update - February 24, 2009

Works move up to Gramercy basements 1, 2 and 3

Following the 100 completion of basement 4 in March, construction work at the Gramercy site has moved to the upper basement levels.

Rebar works, form works and concreting have reached 75 percent, 70 percent and 15 percent respectively. Rebar work is also ongoing at basements 1, 2 as well as the ground floors, at the respective progress of 50 percent, 25 percent and 10 percent.

The Gramercy Residences is developed by Century City Development Corporation. The project’s construction manager is Nova Construction & Development, while its architectural designers are The Jerde Partnership International and Roger Villarosa Architects and Associates.
